Modus Future is the software studio I’m building under my own name. One studio, many futures. Right now the public face is a teaser site: a single-page, scroll-driven experience that claims the brand and tells people what’s coming, while the product portfolio is designed and built behind it.
What it is#
A brand-first launch. The site unfolds in five chapters, hero, manifesto, scope, capture, footer, with WebGL particle scenes and smooth scroll carrying the mood, and an email capture so the audience exists before the products ship. Think of it as planting the flag first, then building the house.
Why it matters#
Shipping even a small public surface forces real decisions: what the thing is called, who it’s for, how it should feel. The teaser is deliberately compact, one page, fast, cheap to run, so the effort goes into the products rather than the plumbing. It’s also the studio’s design language finding its feet in public: self-hosted type, restrained motion, no template energy.
The stack#
Next.js 15 with React 19 and Tailwind, deployed to Cloudflare Workers via OpenNext. Framer Motion drives the scroll choreography, React Three Fiber renders the WebGL particle scenes, and Lenis handles the smooth scroll. The stacks behind the individual products are documented on their own pages.
